Premature Ejaculation Hypnotherapy at the Rickmansworth Hypnosis and Thrive Programme Centre
At the Rickmansworth Hypnotherapy Clinic – welcoming enquiries from Ruislip, Pinner and Harrow.
Intimate or personal issues can be more difficult for people to seek help for and talk about but are surprisingly common in both men and women. At the Rickmansworth Hypnotherapy Clinic you can rest assured that sexual problems are commonly treated and are always dealt with in a sensitive and professional way.
Help with Premature ejaculation (PE) in Rickmansworth
Premature ejaculation is also known as rapid ejaculation, rapid climax, premature climax, early ejaculation or simply, coming too soon. Premature ejaculation (PE) is the most common sexual dysfunction in men younger than 40 years old. Premature ejaculation is the persistent experience of ejaculating too quickly (coming too soon) with very little sexual stimulation.
I have no hesitation in recommending Cara. The best way to describe how I feel after completing hypnotherapy is that I feel like I have put down a weight that I didn’t know I was carrying for many years. I was slightly unsure about what to expect from hypnotherapy and was relieved that Cara explained and guided me through the experience in a friendly and professional way. Though it wasn’t always easy, Cara supported me throughout the process and helped me to understand what was happening.
It has really helped me get a better understanding of myself, why I was feeling/acting in certain ways. I have seen actual benefits both in how I feel and the relationships I have with other people. I feel happy, calm, confident and able to deal with life in an appropriate way.
Alex, 33, treated for Premature Climax
In a recent survey of several thousand British males, approximately 10% of them said that they often or sometimes had this trouble. It’s almost impossible to get an accurate definition of premature ejaculation: what some couples consider a satisfactory length of intercourse would be very inadequate for others. Sometimes, the condition is so bad the man can’t have sex because he ejaculates before he can enter the vagina. This can be devastating for a man’s self-confidence and can be hugely frustrating for his partner.
At the 2006 Congress of the European Society for Sexual Medicine, an American research paper reported:
• The average lasting time of men with PE was 1.8 minutes.
• ‘Normal’ men lasted an average of 7.3 minutes.
However, as a general rule, if either you or your partner feel that coming too soon for you is happening too soon too often, then there probably is some degree of PE.
Premature ejaculation is often a symptom of anxiety that manifests itself as an underlying feeling of a lack of confidence, depression, sense of failure, low self-esteem, helplessness and other emotional issues. Often, the underlying emotion can also be a fear of being judged, added to a vague, nameless guilt about sex.
There has been a big improvement of my symptoms and many side issues also! I didn’t realise it but I no longer have panic attacks at nite, no matter how stressful my day has been, or what’s been on my mind! Things just aren’t bothering me at all anymore – nothing really plays on my mind to the extent that it annoys me! You’ve helped me more than I ever believed possible! I have say a big thank you. I really appreciate what you’ve done to help me.

Treatment for Premature Ejaculation – The Thrive Programme
I no longer recommend hypnotherapy for PE. Instead I help people using the Thrive Programme, which is much more predictable and empowering. It is a unique and highly effective training course where you will learn how to understand and take control of the thoughts, beliefs, emotions and worries that maintain Premature Ejaculation.
Discover how to completely change the way you think and feel about yourself (in the bedroom and out of it) and overcome your symptoms. From my experience of working with clients with PE, the main cause is just fearing and expecting the problem to occur – thus making it happen! When this cycle of thinking and behaviour happens, its easy to feel powerless to change it – Thrive teaches you how to do that – simply and easily.
